The award-winning Sunshine Coast pie business, Beefy’s, continues its expansion with its Toowoomba drive through opening today, Wednesday 30th October, 2024.

Coffee lovers will be well looked after, as the coffee blend served at Beefy’s  recently won  the Gold Medal at the 2024 Golden Bean Awards. Toowoomba locals can enjoy award-winning coffee and award-winning pies      from 6am to 6pm daily via the in-store service or drive through.

Widely recognised for its Signature Steak Pie and range of gluten free items, Beefy’s will delight families,      tradies and coeliacs in the area, responding to considerable demand for more Beefy’s stores.

Beefy’s recent acquisition by Retail Food Group, coupled with an impressive $10.1 million revenue from      December to June 30 2024, signals an exciting growth trajectory as the brand expands.

Beefy’s will bring its full range of multi award-wining pies, sausage rolls, sweets and coffee to Toowoomba locals, bringing 20 new jobs to the community.

Iconic Sunshine Coast pie brand Beefy’s has expanded its South-East Queensland footprint, opening its first Toowoomba store in Newtown this week. This opening comes to the delight of Toowoomba’s community of growing families, tradies, young professionals and students, who have been asking for Beefy’s to open in the region.

We’ve had incredible demand from Toowoomba locals to bring Beefy’s to the Darling Downs region. This opening has been 27 years in the making, and at last we’ve found the perfect location, complete with a drive through.

Heralding from the Sunshine Coast, Beefy’s is not just a road trip destination for hungry travellers, but is also a part of daily life for lucky Sunshine Coast residents. Boasting gold 8 years in a row at the Official Great Aussie Meat Pie Competition, Beefy’s is recognised for its outstanding quality, taste and generous servings.

Beefy’s is known for taking the great-tasting humble pie to the next level with delicious toppers such as mushy peas, mashed potato, chips, bacon or warm cheese sauces and their gluten free options endorsed by Coeliac Australia.

Toowoomba is Beefy’s 12th store and joins locations across South-East Queensland including the newly opened Cannon Hill, Gympie, Traveston, Maroochydore, Buderim, Kawana, Aussie World, Glasshouse, Mango Hill, Ningi, and northern New South Wales store, Ballina. To celebrate the opening with the locals, Beefy’s Toowoomba will be hosting an official opening event for the community all day, Saturday November 9th.

“Our opening day will be a celebration of our award-winning Signature Steak Pie. There will be ‘buy one get one free’ Signature Steak Pies all day, including our gluten free pies, as well as limited time deals and a visit from our brand mascot, Mr. Beefy,” Jason says.

“Our new Toowoomba team can’t wait to get to know locals by name, pie and coffee order. We love that Toowoomba is pie country. We will also be teaming up with the local community to support businesses, events and groups in the future with our Pie Drives and fundraising events” Jason says.
